Sourdough Bread

What goes into our bread:
We make our bread by using only four ingredients: filtered water, flour, yeast culture, and Himalayan pink salt. That's it. No chemicals, no added sugars, no preservatives. The result is a high-protein bread that is easy to digest. By using Himalayan pink salt, we infuse our bread with minerals and trace elements essential to human health.

Flour: We use non-GMO, certified chemical free and naturally high in protein Wheat Montana Flour in all our sourdoughs.

Water: We use filtered water from our water well, which is naturally free from chlorine and fluoride.

Yeast: The flavor in our bread comes from a natural culture of wild yeast or "sourdough starter" that we keep active throughout the year.

Himalayan Pink Salt: Amazingly pure and virtually untouched by pollutants and toxins, this dark pink salt is rich in minerals and trace elements that are essential to all vital functions in the human body.
